                        ...Grandma returned an hour later with a bag full of groceries and there was Mrs. Cynthia with her. Mrs. Cynthia is a doctor and she is nearly my grandma's age, the only difference is that she wears a lot of heavy makeup for her age while my grandma won't even apply a normal lip gloss.

"You didn't have to bring her home...I am okay...I can walk...", I told grandma through my teeth when Mrs. Cynthia was talking to Lucy. However, grandma gave me a stern look which meant I had to shut up, which I did anyway.

"Okay Daisy, I heard you are sick today. Tell me.", she said.

"I feel a bit feverish since morning, that's pretty much it.", I replied. She checked me up and said,

"Nothing to worry about...just viral flu is what you have."She gave me the medicines and started to leave when I asked,

"Can I go to college tomorrow?"

"As I said, you have viral flu but as you feel feverish, I suggest you take good rest tomorrow as well."

"Okay. Thanks, Mrs.Cynthia", I said.

"No problem. And please don't skip medicines", she said because she knew I used to throw all the pills out of my window as a child...okay, let's be real, I did that till I was thirteen. After she was gone, it was grandma's turn to bombard me with questions...

"Daisy, do you feel better now?"

"Are you sure it's from this morning only?"

"Is it because of the pathetic sandwich you ate last week?"

The last question had me laughing as I replied,

"Grandma! That was last week!"

"Oh...so silly of me...anyway, what would you have for lunch today?Broccoli sandwich with carrot juice?"

Now, honestly speaking, I hate broccoli and I hate carrots...but, I knew she wouldn't let me have something other than veggies that day, so yes, what I had to do was agree on 'Broccoli sandwich with carrot juice'.
