DREAMFUL                  CHAPTER:49        Destiny called it a stroke of luck when her votes were high enough to not get her eliminated from the pageant. The voting poll was on throughout the weekend for the citizens to vote for their favorite models and Destiny had won the game...yet. "I told you that we aren't going to let you get eliminated.", Ivy said, as Destiny shuffled through her wardrobe, choosing an ideal outfit for the day's evening. It was a Monday and the pageant had arranged a nutritionist talk/fashion tips/ question-answer session for all the shortlisted forty models. "Ivy, I passed by a fluke, trust me, Stephanie made the day worse enough for me to come back home and she keeps on making my day worse every time we have a chat." Ivy chewed another caramel popcorn as she said, "No one passes by a fluke, miss model, especially not when the judging criteria is in the hands of the citizens and not your perfect interviewer, oh by

" I am already late for the gym!", Edwin said into the phone, which was kept on the speaker while he dried his hair. "And can you not use the hairdryer for a minute, I absolutely cannot hear you!", came the answer. His eyes landed outside the apartment window, toward the right side, a girl, happily playing with two white puppies, "Hello?!", went the phone again, Edwin shut the hairdryer off as he took a step ahead toward the window. "EDWIN, I'M -" "Can I call you back? In ten minutes?", he said at last and the call disconnected without another word. But he didn't care about the call at the moment as his eyes were fixed on the street. The girl side turned a little, picking up one of the white pups in her hands, she had her hair in a messy bun, and her pastel blue co-ord gym set went so well with her skin tone, "Dez...", Edwin

Or do you like me freaking out?", Destiny asked, as she was hurrying up, half walking, half jogging toward the building for her gig. Since there was no availability of parking lots near, they had to walk up a certain distance. "Makes you look cute I'd say", he answered, looking into his phone and working on some charts, while walking. "Fine, you walk at this stupid slow pace, I'm going!", she said, and walked away clattering her heels. 'Here I'm worried as hell about how my first ever gig will happen and he's just fooling around!', she thought, walking faster. She pushed open the glass entrance and stopped to turn around. No Edwin. She had expected him to follow her! She thought he was coming. Now how on Earth was she supposed to survive a gig she knew nothing about!   DREAMFUL   CHAPTER:44     ... 'Surprises after surprises!', that's what Dez could think when after reaching her apartment door, she found a person, holding a bouquet of red and white roses, hesitating to ring the bell to her house. "I could help.", Dez said with a smile, startling the person. He quickly hid the bouquet behind his back like it was some kind of bomb Dez had discovered he owned. "Dez...hi..?". Oliver- Grace's fiancĂ© -or Grace's ex-fiancĂ© as a matter-of-fact. He didn't come to their house very often but whenever he did, he always had a chocolate bar or two for Dez, though he didn't speak much, he considered Destiny as his own younger sister. Destiny folded her arms and pointed at the bouquet. "You bring that after hurting my sister?". He looked down at the floor as his face fell, he hesitated to speak when Dez remembered, he hadn't done anything, he hadn't broken up with her, Grace had. He wasn't the
