                   ..."Are you hungry? Because I am...let's go to MAC's", I said and she accepted.

We went there and sat. Sophie was looking at the menu while I removed my phone from my pocket...just to check my texts and calls. There were no texts and no calls so I kept it away and started looking for what I wanted to order when I heard my name just behind me. I looked around and my heart sank. It was Pete.

"Hey, Daisy! What's up?", he asked with a smile that looked abrupt.

"Hi...well, nothing much", I replied.

"Why can't you mind your own business?! You are truly irritating, you know that?", Sophie suddenly said out of nowhere.

I motioned her to be quiet who looked completely red with anger and said, "We were just here for shopping. And I am sorry I won't be able to come to the dance with you."

Sophie was about to say something again when I tightly held her hand and motioned her to be quiet.

"It's okay, some other time maybe?", he asked looking at me and avoiding Sophie.

"Yeah...sure", I replied after which, he said goodbye and waved off. After he was gone, Sophie said,

"I don't understand it. He comes wherever you go...it's so irritating! Just kill him, okay? You are strong and you've got some dangerous tricks up your sleeve, so please kill him!"

I laughed and said, "You can't kill someone! That's murder, the tricks are for self-defense...got it?"

"I was about to tell him that you are going with Ethan", she said.

"I am glad I stopped you then. Anyways, what are you ordering?"

"Apple pie and Mexican fries, what about you?"

"Umm...burger and some hot chocolate?Yes!Perfect."

So we ordered, ate and came out of the mall.
