            COLLEGE DIARIES

                    EPISODE:52

...The place I was invited to was nothing less than a palace. The structure was extra huge and looked beautifully lavish and posh. Colored fairy lights hung on the trees along with a water fountain just outside with a roman sculpture on it. It looked so high class that I hesitated to ring the bell, thinking that I have arrived at the wrong place. When I rang the bell, a lady with a white apron opened the door.

 "Yes?", she questioned.

"This is where Claudia lives if I am not wrong?", I asked. She smiled at me and was about to say something when I saw Claudia behind the lady, on her phone. Thankfully, she saw me and when she did she hurried up towards the door.

"Nancy! Why don't you take her inside?", she said to the lady and then to me, she said,

"Daisy! I am so glad you showed up! Come on in! Welcome.", she said, grabbing me by the hand, in her house. As I said before, the house was a palace... 'Wow! I wish I could stay here all my life...", was the first thought that came to my mind when I took my first step. And the next moment, I started feeling so small and minute...it was like I didn't fit in there. I felt like a small insect in a big world. Claudia was dressed in a shimmering floor-touching dress which was fabulous. She was also wearing adorable jewelry. While I looked like I didn't fit in at all. All I had as my newest clothes was the top which Sophie had gifted me on my birthday and that was the one I was wearing. I was trying my level best to not look anywhere, just look straight but the wonderful home decor didn't allow me to. Also, many people were roaming around the entire house.

"I want to show you something!", she said excitedly and took me to a room that had a glass door and was titled 'Claudia's accessory studio' in red letters.

"Welcome to my studio!", she said, opening the door.

"I am sorry it's not fully set up, I want many more things in here but since I returned from university just a few days back, this is all I have".Her studio was beautiful. It had many earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and all other accessories neatly organized in a rack. On the other side, it had all the accessory drawings and on the third side, there was a laptop and a study.

"Are you a design student?", I asked, inspecting one of the sketches.

"Lifestyle accessory design is what I studied at college.", she said with a smile.

"So all this jewelry is your own design?", I asked.

"Yes."

"And what about the ones you were wearing that day?"

"Those too! Actually, every single accessory I wear is designed by myself!", she said happily.

"Wonderful!!! Your designs and your techniques are next level...great work!", I said.

"Thank you, Daisy! Now, come I'll show you something else.", she said coming out of the studio. I followed. Her house was such a big place, I don't know how they didn't ever felt tired of walking.

"This room", she said pointing,"...is my dad's office...he doesn't work from home that often but when he does, this is his place".The office had all the law signs and many certificates and awards placed on the shelves.

"Is your father an advocate?", I questioned.

"You guessed it right! He's a lawyer.", she answered. As we kept on walking, I saw many more people who appeared to be servants, they were all wearing the same uniform and were busy carrying glasses and other crockery.

"Nancy!!!", Claudia called. The lady in the apron appeared.

"Yes?", she said.

"Can we please have two glasses of berry burst juice?"

"Sure.", she said, bringing two glasses of juice. It was yummy. As we walked further ahead, I saw a room and the door was crack opened, there were amazing lights in the room and I could hear music and guitar. There was a person who was playing the guitar with some other people on the piano and drums. They all were facing the other side. The music was melodiously beautiful.

"This is the auditorium.", she said, walking further.

"Who are those people with the instruments in there?", I asked, following her. She laughed.
"My brother and his friends. It's funny how he thinks he's a singer-songwriter!", she said, still laughing.
