COLLEGE DIARIES
EPISODE:61
...We were looking at each other for what seemed like forever and the silence felt awkward. I wanted to speak, wanted to utter words, but for some reason, I just couldn't. He was still holding my wrist." Daisy...I love you.", he said, at last, breaking the silence.'I think I need to get an ear checkup', I thought in my mind. He was still looking at me and it started feeling awkward. Very awkward. If it was some other person, I would have used one of my M.A techniques but with Ethan...I just couldn't, I really couldn't. He was the one who had always been there for me...he made me laugh...each day, every day by telling me the funniest jokes...he made my days more beautiful...he had always been with me through thick and thin...But then, suddenly, I remembered those messages he had sent Sophie.'Why?", I thought.'Why did you do that?'.I wanted to sit there and just think, think, think about every single thing that had been going on.
"I don't", I said, let myself free, and walked away. The truth was that only I knew how much of my 'I don't' was a lie. A big, big lie.

That day, I went home and sat in front of the television and started watching the most boring movie which Lucy was watching.
" Hey, give me the remote", I said, taking a bite of the previous day's left-over roll.
"I want to watch this, you can take it later!", she said.
"I don't have time later. Give me the remote, Lucy!", I said, trying to take the remote from her.
"This is such an interesting movie. No way!", she shouted at me.
"Fine. Just watch the T.V all day long! Don't give others a chance!", I shouted back at her. Grandma was listening to our conversation, even if she pretended she wasn't...I knew she was. She closed the book she was reading and said,
"Talking about chance, Daisy...do you think you have given others a chance?".I looked at her. By all means, she was talking to me about Ethan...it was just an indirect talk.
"I don't think so...but, that's just another complex story!", I said.
"It's just a complex story...at least it has a solution?', she said. I'll tell you one thing: Grandma always has the answers to all my questions.ALL.I can never win an argument with her. I thought for a minute.
"I think it does...only if I knew, what's the solution", I said with a sigh.
"If you try to look for the solution...I am sure, you'll find the best one!", she said with a smile. I smiled back at her.
"Sure. Thanks, grandma...I'll think about it", I replied. That night, I got a message after so long from the same unknown number. It read,
"And the countdown for the disaster begins...Just wait and watch!".
'What nonsense is this 'Wait and watch'', I thought to myself, ignored the message, and had a good night's sleep.
