Dreamful.
DREAMFUL
CHAPTER:6
..."Destiny!!! Wake up! It is NINE AM!!!!!", Grace screamed in her ears. Destiny took the other pillow as a shield to cover her ear and frowned, her eyes still closed,
"Grace, what on Earth is your problem? My audition is tomorrow, not today!", she shouted back.
"Careless! Your gymming started today!".Dez sat up straight when she heard that. Great...just great...what a start it was! She missed her first day of the gym training, she had been so lazy!
"I totally forgot!", Destiny said casually, tying her medium black hair in a ponytail. Grace got up,
"How can you be so casual? This is about your career! Your dream!"
"Grace, please. I just overslept, okay?"
"Not okay! You have an audition tomorrow, will you wake up at nine am?"
"I won't! I will wake up at six, happy?-", Dez started. These two sisters' argument was a never ending one.Mrs.Decker always had to stop it.
"Girls! Will you both stop shouting at each other and go have breakfast?", she said, standing at the door.
"Mom, she wasted one day of training....isn't that waste of money?"
"First of all! You were the one to talk about this, okay? So don't even-", Destiny started but Mrs. Decker interrupted,
"Stop it Destiny".Both of the sisters gave each other one last annoyed look and went to have their breakfast.
...the same evening Grace started giving her suggestions about what she should consider wearing for the audition. Just that morning, they were fighting, and the same evening, laughing over jokes and discussing dresses. That was exactly how they were.

The next day, Destiny dressed in cargo pants paired up with a white oversized tee-shirt with minimal pastel-pink print on the front. She side-parted her hair and went for some minimalistic pink makeup. She came out of her room and stood in the hall so that her mom and sister could have a look at her.
"Why do you look like you're going to attend college?", Grace said, looking at her. Destiny rolled her eyes. She always did that whenever she got angry or sad or annoyed or embarrassed. She did that when Jason Kelly would comment on how she looked. She would just blush and roll her eyes. But this time. This time it was out of annoyance.
"Tell me what is bad with this outfit mom? I've seen models wearing this!"
"Hey! I just feel something missing in your look.", Grace interrupted, went to her room, and came out with a fanny bag.
"Take this. Will complete your look."
"Fine. Thank you."
"Now go! Or you'll be late! Good Luck, Dez!", Grace said while Mrs. Decker kissed her forehead and wished her luck. She got out of her apartment. That day, she couldn't take the risk of getting herself or her outfit covered in the mud! So, she took the tram to the Times Square building.
It always happened. She looked around herself to see girls wearing outfits cooler than hers, makeup brighter than hers, and skin fairer than hers. The truth was other girls were just overdressed with ten layers of foundation and compact which made them look like ghosts. While she was messaging Ivanna and waiting for her turn to arrive, she sensed someone sit beside her. She looked at her. A girl so fair, almost white with hazel eyes and balayage highlighted hair, dark red makeup, red stilettos, and a stylish black jumpsuit. She lost herself looking at her.
"You here for the audition?", she asked, looking at Destiny like she was some kind of dirt. Destiny smiled at her,
"I am. My name's Destiny Decker."
"I am Stephanie, will be good to compete with you...", she said and went away. Destiny watched her walk and God did she walk perfectly! Just like a model should walk. Soon, it was her turn. She hesitantly got up from the chair in the waiting area and went towards the enormous room, on which the door plate read, 'Fashion Interview-"Miss Photogenic"'.
